Half a century of bicycle craft meets modern AI.
Jensen Production has handbuilt Danish bicycles since 1972 — craft, not mass production. Today they're a major supplier to municipalities and others, with service agreements and a lot of paperwork behind every bike.
A customer calls in while the team is out on a job, hands full. The call is transcribed. An AI works out which bike and which problem it's about, opens the ticket, and confirms it back to the customer. And it doesn't stop at the call: everything from order to invoice lives in one system I build to fit them — not scattered across separate tools that don't talk to each other.

One system, not five
The call is just the front door. Behind it, the same system runs the whole workshop: customers, orders, parts and stock, purchasing, production, invoicing. Where there used to be a wall of spreadsheets.
